Mobile Home Rental - Terms & Conditions

Arrival after 14:30 and departure before 10:30

Changeover days are Saturdays unless other arrangements have been agreed with Chris & Penny Cole

Rental price includes gas, electricity and water

No pets or smoking inside the mobile home please

A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your reservation date.  The balance is payable 8-weeks before the rental period commences

We operate on a “clean as you go” basis whereby you should clean the mobile home on departure ensuring it is as you would like to find it.
